Ahead of its Plus offering launch, Airbnb tapped Your Majesty with the question of how to differentiate Plust (and luxe) listings from the standard Airbnb listings consumers were already familiar with.Solution
To convey the integrity and uniqueness of each Plus host, we created a content format featuring a series of short, personal interviews. This was supported by a framework, containing guidelines for UX, creative, and content, that enabled the internal teams to produce the final touchpoints quickly and easily.Outcomes
Airbnb made a splash with its announcement of Airbnb Plus and Luxe, with a distinct four- and five-star online appearance and digital customer experience.
