Your Majesty was tasked with the challenge of giving Victoria’s Secret a makeover. Working closely with the marketing and product teams, we implemented a smart and conversion-driven design for the most important part of the website – the entry point.
A modular template system was created to ensure a flexible content layout that could adapt. A/B and multivariate testing in several markets including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta and DC revealed which modular template converted best, and designs were adapted individually to each location. The results of this targeted strategy contributed to a 4% increase in total sales, despite launching during a recession (2011).
